Kids Surfboards from learner to advanced

Young kids in the North East are going mad about our Grom range of surfboards. That’s no surprise to us as we have spent a long time designing our Kids range of boards. We now cater from learner right through to advanced surfing, we even have a Kids Longboard so they can learn to get 10 toes on the nose.

We have had a great time over the last few years developing our Kids Surfboard range. You know it’s a part of the surfing scene that gets easily forgotten about lots of Surf Shops only sell Soft boards for Kids. While a Foamy might be OK to have a few lessons on it won’t help your young gun to be a better surfer.

Kids deserve good Surfboards!

That’s how we feel at Surf Punk anyway. Get your Child off the foamy as soon as you can and onto a Hard Surfboard. We tend to find Parents underestimate the young Grom surfer. I have never met a kid that could not learn to surf faster than an adult so my point is simple. Your Kid needs a Hard Surfboard!

Of course they will find it hard at first but in the long run they will be ripping very quickly and having the time of there life. Surfing is a wonderful sport to learn, it gives Kids a healthy respect for the Sea while they keep fit and have fun.

What boards do we have available for Kids?

Starting as a total beginner we have our Kids Minimal and our favorite the Kids Weemal. Both are excellent surfboards to learn the basics right up to intermediate surfing.KIDS WEEMAL

Next we have our own Kids shortboard. The Teen Machine, this is a full on performance shortboard sized down for the Grom Rippers. Intermediate to Advanced surfers. TEEN MACHINE,

We even have a Kids Longboard that is  available in sizes up to 8ft and widths to suit you kids paddle stroke. It’s a full on Log you can learn to walk the board on.
